Our Book Collection

1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your selection carefully before proceeding.

2. Pickup Only
All orders must be collected in person at the Didar Hall stall. We do not offer delivery or postal services.

3. Order Number
Your order number is the only reference for your purchase. Please keep it safe. Kitab Desk does not collect or store personal data.

4. Payment
Payment is accepted as Cash at the stall or via QR Code / IUK App. Orders paid via QR must be confirmed before collection.

5. Availability
All titles are subject to availability. In the rare case a title is out of stock, staff will inform you at the time of collection.

6. Conduct
Kitab Desk is a community service. We ask all visitors to treat volunteers with respect and courtesy.
